Well finally Elon Musk has given us something slightly more interesting to read in the news this week, with his second successful Space Station dock, contracting Covid, and becoming the worlds 3rd richest man, all in one week...which has got us thinking we’ll have to send a taco into space soon (which one should it be?). In the meantime here’s a new taco menu while we plan how to do it.

Lamb Kofta - tzatziki, couscous, preserved lemon, sticky figs 🐑

Soy Seared Salmon - pickled red onion, wasabi mayo, yuzu dressing 🐟

Buffalo Cauliflower Wings - vegan blue cheese sauce, radicchio, almonds 🌱
