La Pantera Gousto Is Live!!
So here’s this weeks menu pals. We’ve brought back the Chorizo tacos to celebrate the fact that you can now order this very dish through @goustocooking !
Remember when you all voted for us during the #cookstarter competition a few months back? This is one of our prizes! This is all because of you lot, you absolute legends. Thank you so much. Big thanks once again to @goustocooking for putting this on. And a huge thanks to @llioangharad for putting us forward for it. Big props to @gizzierskine for putting up with @hoopersbloopers and @joeylapantera during an interview. They are the two most awful people with technology, it must have been very strenuous.
Here’s the menu ;
Chorizo, Feta and Parmentier Potatoes
Prawn Gumbo and Tempura Okra, with Buttered Baby Corn
Lebanese Falafel, Garlic Yogurt, Tahini Glaze, Pomegranate Seeds
Lots of tasty stuff there for you this week. We’re gonna stick to the extended hours of 12-10. If the weather is shit and we’ve not got much going on, we’ll probably close up a little earlier.
Man, it’s crazy to think that people all over the UK can order and eat our tacos now. We’re just happy to make food that some people occasionally like. Absolute madness.
Who knows what’s next. @chefgary_ for Prime Minister? La Pantera on the moon? Keep supporting, and we’ll keep doing whatever the hell it is that we do.
